Chiu Ho Engineering Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of Japanese and Taiwanese engineering companies, specializing in cleanroom construction. Through the integration of local efficiency, cost control and innovative expertise, as well as foreign quality management, Chiu Ho is synergized to provide clients with the best value and service in the aspects of quality, technical and budgeting control.

Chiu Ho Engineering Co., Ltd. is a well-known engineering company in the industry of cleanroom and HVAC construction, which offers customized turn-key solutions, including preliminary stage of production planning, facility design, vendor selection, material and equipment order, installation and commissioning, and up to final stage of training for hand-over. To ensure effective project management in terms of quality, delivery and cost control, Chiu Ho has set up its own manufacturing facility to produce major cleanroom materials, including ceiling grid, tool partition, MAU, FFU, FDCU, clean booth and constant temperature/humidity units, etc. The materials and equipment have not only been installed for Taiwan projects but have also been exported to China, Japan and other countries due to their high quality. In addition, Chiu Ho is also well experienced in the provision of other ancillary engineering solutions, systems and services necessary for cleanroom and process equipment, such as HVAC, M/E system, fire-fighting system, PCW and hook-up service. Chiu Ho is well-equipped with technical and mechanical capabilities to fulfill the diverse needs of clients and ensure the successful execution of high quality cleanroom projects.

Company established,major business in HVAC system operation and maintenance work.

1985

Set up construction department,starting HVAC construction work.

1986

First completion of anti-static/low humidity controlled room for missile explosive assembly line.

1990

First completion of ±0.1℃ constant temperature/humidity controlled room for 3D measuring room.

1991

First completion of 5000RT-Hr capacity of ice tank construction.

1994

Invest and establish ice tank manufacture-Chi Li Industry Co., Ltd.

2000

First completion of 12000RT of chiller system.

2001

Completion of class 1 cleanroom for single project of 1100m² area.

2002

First completion of 30000m² cleanroom(class 10-1000) construction.Ice tank technology and sales as leading company in the market.

2003

First completion of 40000m² cleanroom(class 10-1000) construciton.Joint with Japanese venture to establish Topwell Engineering Co., Ltd. and manufacture for production of celanroom equipment and material.

2005

Completion of total cleanroom area up to 150000m².

2006

Completion of single project cleanroom area of 50000m²(class 10-1000).

2007

Receive single contract amount NTD270,000,000 of cleanroom project.

2008

Completion of cleanroom area of 140000m²(70000m²x2 class 10-1000).

2009

Topwell Engineering Co., Ltd. is merged into Chiu Ho engineering co., Ltd. Topwell is kept as brand name for cleanroom equipment and material.

2011

Setup of branch office building and dormitory in Tainan.

2012

Invest and set up the engineering consulting firm,in capable of providing integrated services of design, engineering and equipment.

2013

Cooperation with Fuji Electric Co., Ltd. in Internet Data Center(IDC) business and manufacturing of IDC HVAC equipment.

2015

Supply of Data Center Air Conditioning Units in Guizhou,China Completion of 50,000m2 of cleanroom for LTPS LCD project.

2018

Completed the Array CR project of the 10.5th generation factory of Guangzhou Chaoshi Sakai.

2022

Undertake a single contract value of 4 billion Taiwan dollars in electromechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, clean room turnkey factory construction projects.
